Are Golden Willow Goods products made to order?

Yes! Every item is made to order, which means we only produce what has been sold — no excess stock, less waste. Your order is printed and dispatched within 2–7 business days.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

What materials are your products made from?

Our mugs are ceramic with a glossy finish and are dishwasher and microwave safe. Throw blankets are soft polyester with a silk-touch feel and are machine washable. Apparel uses a 50/50 cotton-poly blend. Tote bags are organic cotton. Glassware should be hand washed to preserve the print.

Can I personalise a product?

We do not currently offer personalisation on individual orders, but our designs are created exclusively for Golden Willow Goods. If you are looking for something specific or a custom gift, please reach out via our contact page.
